Account Consultation/Support + Newsletter Feedback

Your Meltwater accounts team is on standby via one email and some forms. When to use which form/email is listed below.

1. Crisis/Urgent Request: If there is an urgent/crisis request and you need support from the Meltwater team, please email us at [email protected].
NOTE: This is for when you need additional support beyond the TCCC internal support through Social Listening and insights briefing form.

2. Newsletter Feedback: If you are the Newsletter Lead who is responsible for the 1hr feedback loop on the day the newsletter is being sent, you can simply fill out this form.

3. Campaign Request: If there is a new project or objective and help/setup guidance from your Meltwater account team is needed, email [email protected] and fill out the following form: The Coca-Cola Company | Meltwater Project Brief (Request Form) – Fill out form

4. Training Request
  • When you or someone on your team is looking for training beyond what's available in the courses under Getting Started 
  • If a user would benefit from a live training following up to the resources under “Getting Started”, email [email protected]  and include: 
    • Subject: Training Request - Location of User* 
    • Body: Include details of the use case you’re looking to be trained on 
    • *Including the user of the location in the subject line will mean a person in their timezone is able to support 
  • Access the details on Premium Support Methodology, including the established nomenclature to follow.

  • Training has been organized into sections. We recommend starting with the first section below and working your way down.

  • Each course is less than 30 minutes and video based.

  • Each course has an assessment that will provide you with a certification that can be posted on LinkedIn. You don't need to complete this step if you do not want the acknowledgement.
