We recommend the following training schedule to ensure you are getting the most value from Meltwater.

  • Training has been organized into sections. We recommend starting with the first section below and working your way down.

  • Each course is less than 60 minutes and video based.

Steps:

1. In dashboard link, set the date range (top right).

2. (Optional) Copy in a MIRA AI summary from a second open MIRA tab into your text box widget.

 3. → To edit: click the cog icon (top right of text widget), paste text, and Save.

4. Export in desired format via Share (top right).


Topic, Issues & Crisis Template (To duplicate through Analyze)

Steps:

1. Ensure relevant search(s) is built first in Explore

2. You can create a new keyword search, duplicate an existing one, or request one through MIRA.

3. In Analyze, duplicate the template (click the two-paper icon).

4. Update the report name (top left).

5. Edit inputs with your new search (top right).

6. Set date range (top right).

7. (Optional) Copy a MIRA AI summary into the text box widget.

8. Export in desired format via Share (top right).
