Zontee Hou is the Head of Strategy at boutique consultancy, Convince & Convert led by Jay Baer, working to improve the digital marketing of some of the world’s most respected organizations, including Oracle, Hilton, the United Nations Food & Agriculture Organization, and Visit California. She has spent nearly 15 years in the digital marketing industry, she was recognized as one of TopRank’s 50 Most Influential Content Marketers, and her work has garnered recognition including several PR News Platinum Awards and a Forrester Groundswell Award. She is also the founder of New York-based brand strategy agency Media Volery, a faculty lecturer at Columbia University and adjunct faculty at the City College of New York, and she speaks at events around the country.
